How long does adding a shareholder take?
Usually 5–10 business days after the full document set is received and the free zone approves the change.
Why do we need the KYC questionnaire?
The licensing authority and the banks must know the beneficial owners. One questionnaire covers UBO, sanctions and source-of-funds requirements.
What counts as proof of address?
A utility bill or a bank statement in your name, not older than 3 months, showing the full address.
